I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

You get to sit down; out of the elements, no manual labor involved. Benefits were very good and workload and demands from management are actually fair. if your customer surveys are good and you don't have a lot of time logged off the phone you can make a bonus of $700 a month. I actually did it a couple times.

    Cons

chances for growth are virtually non-existent. you have to really kiss-up to your manager for them to really look out for you and to find a position that will advance you; otherwise they won't help you much. If you happen to get in good with that manager then they will let you off the phone, a LOT, while everyone else sees it and has to pick up the slack and just take it.
