    Pros

    Good health and dental benefits.

    Cons

Difficult to move up. Leadership really has no clue how to run their departments. They lie about many things. One being the predictable pay. That screwed over a lot of employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop lying to your employees. They know what smoke screens are.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flex scheduling, casual dress code, opportunity to learn the business of banking

    Cons

Management once they pin point you as trouble you are harassed and talked down to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management needs conduct focus groups to see what the problems are that are bringing down scores in categories such as "do you feel that you can open with your manager without fear of negative consequences." Allowing direct reports to conduct these meetings is a joke and not getting to the root of the issue. They simply take your opinions and use them as a means to harass you until you're on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
