“Nice people, decent pay”
Current Employee – been working at Barclays Capital
Pros – Decent salary, fairly relaxed and friendly working culture. People were nice, the team I was in had some really experienced people, so you could learn a lot.
Cons – The operations were not running very well... so you ended up chasing them up most of your time. Pretty tiring after a while.
