    work life balance is fine...

    lot of politics..
    inexperienced managers...
    doesn't care about employee satisfaction...
    lie about bonuses at the time of joining...

    employees run the company...and it is important to keep them satisfied and happy...also, please make sure....those who are managing analysts...have decent people management and project management/planning skills...
