Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually listen to your employees, don't just blow us off with empty promises. I only worked there for about 7 months but management was insane, expecting something different doing the exact same thing every day

    Managers were always nice and supportive and flexible with the schedule

    Cons

    With the presence of Amazon, I wonder if they'll be in existence 5-7 years from now... Wouldn't bet on them If you're looking for long-term advancement opportunities…

    Pros

    Well known company and looks good on resume. Teaches great team work skills. Decent benefits.

    Cons

    Not enough communication and to much coming from corporate office who tries to make one plan fit all stores which isn't possible. Do not pay enough for the responsibility they put on their employees. Of both stores I was in they micro-managed their employees to much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have more trust in their employees and do not micro-manage. Pay employees not by job title, but by the responsibility they have.

    Take care of your customers + Take care of your employees= Successful company.
