“Great pay and benefits....Way too political”
I have been working at Biogen Idec full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The benefits package is very good
The working environment is professional
Cons – Too much politics
No transparency
Lots of unhappy employees (golden-handcuffed)
Advice to Senior Management – Take more time to truly value your employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
