“Wish them the best”
Former Employee – worked at BlackBerry full-time for more than a year
Pros – It used to be a great place to work with, great benefits and work atmosphere. A lot of it changed due the the crisis they are facing.
Cons – Company got behind the times, they had a good product, but made decisions that did not pay off. Very unstable place to work right now.
Advice to Senior Management – I wish the company the best, even though I was just laid off in a weird manner. Hope BlackBerry 10 can get the company back in shape, and no more people have to lose their jobs.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
