    I worked at Boys Town full-time for more than a year


    Pros: I enjoyed my boss. Had great relationships with youth. Cons: Not traditional corporate culture. Everything is based on friends rather than your actual qualifications. No breaks during 10hr… Advice to Senior Management: Support and Provide incentives for employees to stay motivated.
