    Pros

    -Laid back work environment
    -Flexible work schedule
    -Great work-life balance
    -Great people
-Exciting opportunities if you want them
    -Company is financially sound

    Cons

    -No clear career progression
    -No training
    -Poor leadership/High turnover of leadership
    -Poor traditional consultant bonus structure
-No focus on smaller/consulting projects and resources
    -No organized practices
-Consulting Bench is 3 weeks (roll of a project and find another one in 3 weeks or your gone) - most consulting companies it is several months - this makes it extremely difficult to have talented resources that can jump on consulting projects when needed on a short notice

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a clear career path and put more focus on developing your resources. Organize your talent pools to be experts in a certain area (consulting practices) rather than throwing whoever you have at whatever project happens to come up.
