Pros

It kind of pays the bills, at the expense of your soul. It's a terrible trade off.

Cons

Customers treat you like a piece of trash and the managers hide.

    I have been working at Cablevision Systems full-time

    Pros

    decent salary & benefits, awesome people to work with as most are down to earth and have a sense of humor

    Cons

    schedule isn't flexible, 30 minute lunch breaks, can't use the bathroom when needed unless you have a doctors note to prove you have to make a few trips to the restroom, job is based on the number game & if you don't pull enough numbers they fire you, there is no job security!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    offer a real lunch break & offer flexible schedules especially for single parents

    Pros

    Good benefits, security. Not to far a commute for anyone who lives on the Island.

    Cons

    Not flexible at all in customer service.

    Make your customer service representatives happy. Happy works produce happy customers..
