Current Employee – been working at Cardinal Health full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Pay isn't terrible, if you can get in via a college program, good for career growth to learn and move on

Cons – long hours, terrible work life balance. Really need to be young and willing to work 70 plus hours a week to keep up

Advice to Senior Management – Stop changing so much
