Current Employee – been working at Carleton University part-time for more than a year

Pros – Flexible schedule, on campus site so easy to get to classes from there, recommend it for students who have long gaps between classes and will be on campus anyways, payments were always on time

Cons – The pay was a bit subpar, a certain lack of professionalism by coworkers and supervisors, have to deal with disrespectful and entitled students

Advice to Senior Management – challenge your employs better
