Former Employee - Licensed Personal Banker in Denver, CO (US)

I worked at Chase full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Job security, benifits, endless career paths both vertically and horizontally.

    Cons

Every month you start out at zero in sales. Every single position within the organization revoles around sales. You can have the greatest year/month possible but no matter what the next year/month expectations go up and compensation goes down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay for customer retention! We "Chase" as an organization pride ourselves on basing our growth through "deepening" customer relationships, however, there is zero incentive for employees based on retention. Chase is the industry leader at setting a goal, finding a way to measure performance, and then rolling a "campaign" out internally. Why not find a way to pay based on retention based on the cost of current customer replacement
