Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is very open and easy to work with. Allow staff to make decisions without lengthy approval process. No real advice

    I worked at Chiltern International

    Pros

Good global team. Very nice training structure (again due to global set up). Exposure to different CDMS systems.

    Cons

To many on local/regional front (Mumbai, India). Ineffective and very poor administration, management. Complete absence of employee benefiting sentiment or a presence of respect or belongingness towards the employees. Zero transparency in decision or policy making. Biased approach towards giving promotion or salary hikes (if at all somebody is getting it). Utter step motherly attitude towards old employees (somebody who is there for 3+ years). Rather they have been indirectly communicated by such attitude that they are expendable at any point. No business development on local front. Senior management completely handicapped, clueless and inactive when there is drought of incoming projects. 2 years compulsory bonds for anybody with whatsoever experience joining the company and this will only be initiated when somebody accepts the offer and starts attending office so there is no going back unless he is having any other offer in hand. Complete absence of employee appreciations, raise, awards, social programs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't see any room or though of improvement as the advice would fall on deaf ears and blind eyes.
