“Great company as long as you make it to the top 25% in the annual forced stack rating.”
Current Employee – been working at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great in giving people opportunity if they are willing and committed to work hard, enormous education opportunities (internal and external).
Cons – Question on executive promotions and the executive leadership team, would need a big change to get back to the attractive employer it once was. The biggest issue is the complete lack of internal knowledge management.
