“Great place to work”
I have been working at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good culture, excellent management, bright people, good salary/ benefits, not bad place to be in today's economy.
Cons – Large company that with multiple of layers, difficult to navigate career wise internally.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep turning the ship, I think the new direction is good. Tomorrow starts today!!!
