I have been working at Cisco Systems as an intern for more than a year
Pros – Great atmosphere! The people are Cisco are probably the best part of working there. The culture that emphasizes collaboration and openness allowed me to foster many rewarding relationships. The open office plans and no cubicles really changes the way you work!
Cons – The work that I did was engaging and interesting to the point where after leaving work I couldn't stop thinking about it!
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to empower and trust employees.
