Too many managers. Excessive micro-management.

    Pros

    I had a nice interviewer who was easy to talk to. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, In general, I felt valued as a person, and I did not feel like I was being judged. Overall, great interview experience.

    Good place to learn. All information available in wiki's & online. Not necessary with people. Good internal training programs

    Many people are newbies & don't have a complete picture.
