    I worked at Citadel Federal Credit Union full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Nothing am very disatified for giving all i had and it still was not enough

    Cons

    Being a Great worker, On Time, Never Absent, always accurate does not matter to Citadel if you don't meet the unrealistic Sales Goals that are set by Upper Mangement that do not have to reach them. Whatever happen to the day of doing a Great job and always giving 100%. Because your not meeting set goals and being pushy about getting sales they fire you. Managers hand sales to people who then don't need to worry about sales, the Sales program they enforce is broke and can not accurately count what an employee does to better the company on a daily bases.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please review you Sales requirements and be sure everyone is getting the same treatment. Managers need to be fair in handing out sales that they tell people to upsell. I saw to many time people getting sales that they did not even have to open their mouths to get , made me less motivated to sell, when others just had them handed to them. Be sure the program is being watched and reviewed for errors. The system is flawed and have to many areas that can be manipulated.

    Pros

    Family feel, as a credit union it is continuously growing.

    Cons

    movement through the company is extremely difficult because of size. Compensation is questionable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote people who show leadership and qualities to handle any situation, not who's been there for a long enough time.
