Experience and development opportunities are plentiful.

Advancement opportunities do not come along very often and the compensation structure is deplorable. They grossly underpay internal hires.

    (1) Working hour is shorter than other banks on the street
    (2) Working culture is amicable
    (3) Good back-office support
