“Overall experience was positive”
I worked at Citi full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Work life balance(worked remotely) time off was good benefits were good worked with very nice people
Cons – Felt little room for movement. Would have liked access to better internal training
Advice to Senior Management – Provide more opportunity for growth. In need of new ideas. Improve technology.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
