    Pros

    People care about the work because it benefits patients, interesting work, cross team and department cooperation, lots of different technologies, top quality hospital, good benefits.

    Cons

    Some bad managers, like most work places. Don't see the value some of their best team members bring to the table, let their power get to their heads or don't treat team members with respect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen seriously to what team members have to say. If they speak up it's because they care about their work and are trying to make improvements to the system. Have more respect for all team members.
