“It is one st the highest paying Pre School in the area and a fun place to work.”
Current Employee – been working at Clifton School District part-time for less than a year
Pros – Pay and nice people to work with
Cons – Waiting to move to a higher position takes more time than expected even when position are open.
Advice to Senior Management – Find a way to evaluate the level and skills the employees have beyond the snippets seen in a glance.
