“No loyalty to employees, only for themselves”
Former Employee – worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good bonus structure, promotions are there if you are in with the right people.
Cons – Poor treatment of employees. Matrix structure does not work.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees like you'd want to be treated.
