I worked at CompHealth full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good fit for someone used to a Telesales environment. Decent Base Salary to help you grow. Comprehensive, Multi-Site Training program. Good Exposure to the Healthcare Sector. Culture is fantastic.

    Cons

While a generous base, it is offset by a lower commission. But I can't say it is a Con that you have to work hard to achieve the higher commission. A high focus on daily production numbers where it may not tell the whole story.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk more about growth opportunities in non-sales as well as sales. Keep Maintaining the great culture
