Former Employee – worked at Compass Group USA full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – The company manages many different companies, and that works to your advantage. You can be selective about the facility.

Cons – The benefits are horrible unless you are in management. I had to work four years to get two weeks paid vacation.

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your hourly associates better. Compass Group USA generates a lot of revenue, try to spread the wealth down to the corporate ladder.
