I have been working at Condé Nast

    Pros

The company has excellent facilities and the new building continues to improve. The resources available to employees are amazing and the people are dynamic.

    Cons

The salaries are sometimes not competitive and the new building needs to be improved. It is still very much in development phases.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company should be more eager to promote from within.

I have been working at Condé Nast full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Condé Nast Entertainment has great talent and people. They care about making amazing content and providing consumers access to videos worth watching. Very forward thinking and innovative.

    Cons

Condé Nast corporate tends to have a lot of politics which make is a bit difficult to be innovative and move the company forward in the digital industry. they also tend to rehire within the company which keeps the company from hiring better talent from the outside.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people that have not originally worked at Condé Nast. Outside experience will only help Condé Nast acutely grow and not be left behind in the print business.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
