Former Employee - Flight Attendant in Houston, TX (US)

I worked at Continental Airlines full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great travel benefits at that time.... though with the merge I think a lot of commuting issues came up.

Cons

Hard on the family life but if you can endure your time on reserve I believe the schedulers at my time of employment were willing to work with trades and other issues that arose. BUT if you are on reserve they find ways to try & trick you . KNOW YOUR UNION.
