Former Employee – worked at Costco Wholesale part-time for more than a year

Pros – Medical benefits for part time workers, unheard of at most companies.
Decent starting pay, helpful coworkers.

Cons – Work like a drone the whole shift, can feel like a sweat shop. Concrete floors all day can kill your back by the end of the shift. Micro managing managers.

Advice to Senior Management – If your employees are doing a good job, stop hovering!
