Not worth the pay if you aren't a server.

I have been working at Cracker Barrel part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Co-Workers share the same sentiments.

    Cons

Retail Manager will make you write an essay on how to run a business (if you are a cashier). Difficult to get anything done with being one person at the stand (phone ringing, people wanting things, retail or servers wanting something). Very hard to get your stand in line with retail people directing guests towards you. Retail Manager puts too much on one person, and this is a team company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tell managers that guests change in demanding products. There are many people that want their food, and then leave. It's very hard to get a person to buy even the littlest of thing when they have no sweet tooth, or they have family around them that they want to spend time with.
