I have been working at Crane Aerospace & Electronics full-time for more than a year
Pros – Every other Friday off. People are nice.
Cons – Turnover is incredibly high. 4 Engineering Managers in 2012! Compensation is getting better but the salaries are lower than market. Salaries are determined by corporate and handcuffs the local office.
Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be communication within leadership and set some structure so that there is a system of accountability.
