Current Employee – been working at Crunch Fitness full-time for less than a year
Pros – PTO, Flexible hours, friendly staff
Cons – Pay could be better, More benefits
Advice to Senior Management – Don't focus just on the sales aspect but also the behind the scenes employees that keep the clubs going.
