They are very student-oriented with a willingness to work with their individual schedules

Marketing Graphics (Former Employee) Brookings, SD (US)

Pros∙ Works around your hectic student schedule
∙ Develop and build up useful skills
∙ Internships are available available with creative, technical writing and engineering fields
∙ Student pay is based off college credits earned
∙ If you are a dedicated employee, they will do anything to keep you employed

Cons∙ Pay is based off only applicable college credits (if you work in Personnel as a graphic designer, graphic design classes would not count towards your base pay only Human resource credits would apply)

Advice to Senior ManagementMotivate your students to invest into a career with this company and or offer incentives to stay.

I worked at Daktronics full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Opportunity to travel, work with great customers, fun projects, co-workers,… Cons: Pay, some departments have too many employees while others are overworking employees and demanding them to work 60-70+ hour weeks, some middle management does… Advice to Senior Management: Know your key employees and their workload and keep them happy and employed.
