Former Employee – worked at Darden full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Flexible schedule. High hourly rate considering flexibility and skill set required.
Cons – 100% expendable. Employees are held in very low regard.
Advice to Senior Management – Give responsibility and trust to get best performance from employees.
