I have been working at Deloitte full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Salary scale, Growth, Opportunities for new experiences - however this is dependent upon your ability to network, Prestige in the marketplace

Cons – Work/Life Balance, There tends to be a bit too much micro-managing, The expectation is on you to contribute too much outside of client service to the firm

Advice to Senior Management – Allow for flexible work arrangement more often. This would alleviate a lot of the work/life balance complaints and provide motivation to practitioners to want to contribute to firm activities knowing they're here for the long haul. Many can't see themselves long term at Deloitte due to the inflexibility in the travel schedule

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
