I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros – Universal banking model, with lots of opportunities to shift between different groups within the bank

Cons – Bank undergoing aggressive cost cutting program till 2015, making job and compensation security uncertain

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more often with employees to manage expectations early on
