Former Employee - PA to MD and Team  in  London, England
Former Employee - PA to MD and Team in London, England

I worked at Deutsche Bank as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

The team I was working in works hard but knows how to give and take too. Training is available for all staff where and when the need arises. The team are friendly, supportive and there is a collegiate culture in the workspace.
They also have very nice staff facilities and benefits.

    Cons

They have a policy of employing temp support staff limited to 45 weeks at a time and however good you are, you cannot stay any longer, if you are a temp PA or EA.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider employing temps for the duration of the term when your employee is off work. It is a false economy to keep rotating door syndrome going because you have to keep reinventing the wheel as a new temp takes over from another's role where it might be best to keep the current incombant going, if they are good and want to stay.

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
