OK if your in the "in" crowd

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Cambridge, East of England, England

I have been working at Domino Printing full-time for more than 3 years

ProsNot a bad package overall, but not long term.
Unofficially flexible with hours (if your in the right department/manager)
Excellent canteen (sad when thats headline Pro!)

ConsTop/Middle management heavy.
Managers appear uneducated or uninterested in technology and its workings making it very difficult to develop.
Some think its a university research company. Driven by paperwork and self validation.
Limited to no career progression.
Unbalanced benefits system.
Instability in workplace due to "mood swing" department clear outs.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook at what you have and appreciate it. Progression from within not just employing inflated over paid roles that last only a few months causing a whirlwind of destruction.

Less managers! (ratio is 2:1 in some departments).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
