I have been working at EMC full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Steady work, decent benefits, flexible schedule and able to work from home on occasion. Coworkers are pleasant, the smaller size of the Louisville office is nice, and the surrounding area is great.

    Cons

Large, bureaucratic and slow to change as a company (somewhat mitigated by being in a smaller branch office, but still encountered when coordinating between teams.) Frequent acquisitions are a cause of internal culture churn, which can be weird.

    No opinion of CEO
