I have been working at EY as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Good environemnt in a sense that it gives you the willingness to continue each day as a new day. So many task to work on. But also provides advancement.

    Cons

Boring work. Repeatable work. I don't recommend if you want to be somebody in the leadership frield. I do not enjoy the work here if the people arent nice.

I worked at EY as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Brand Value of E & Y is very high as it is part of the BIG 4

    Cons

Very demanding in respect of work from Day 1 of the Internship.
Attitude to train an Intern is absent, they just want the work within the deadline set by the senior
Associates have very poor HR skills, as they don't know how to deal with an Intern on first day of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Design an Internship program where the associate have an attitude to train and not just to get the work done from an Intern for free.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
