    Pros

Has individuals who are thoughtful and not shy of sharing their ideas

    Cons

Although the lower level employees has an open culture, it gets bureaucratic as it gets higher

    Advice to Management

Consider the welfare of your employees. It looks like we are treated like slaves to earn more money and not given proper welfare in return
