Pros

Work life balance, flex time, good benefits. Individuals are treated like human beings instead of numbers and revennue generators.

Cons

Salary limited, harder to make it to upper management without making real internal connections iwthin the firm.

    I have been working at EY full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    There are no better places to start off a career in accounting than with one of the Big Four. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Long hours and lots of travel which would be great, but i have a family that I miss terribly when I'm away.
