I have been working at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great teams
Good flexibility as to when you can do the work
Partners are involved and usually don't make you feel like you are beneath them

Cons

Hours (it is a big 4)
Amount of work, especially during transition years, feels as though you can't take advantage of the flexibility
Getting off teams when needed

    I have been working at EY full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Open and independent working style, not much criticizing attitude, give space and freedom to your views

    Cons

    Salary growth is a big constraint with respect to backend team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should come up with plan for the growth of the backend team as well, there should be given base increase on the rank which is currently not existing, due to which package is not balanced as per the years of experience

    - Objectiveness in promotions/ reviews
    - Training/ Knowledge sharing is very intense
    - Connective globally
    - Company culture is relaxed, and people get along and cope with one another very well, in general.

    - Long hours of work
