I worked at EY full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great place to work, good work environment, most of the partners care of their staff, decent career opportunities for those who are willing to explore. There are many mobility opportunities that you can enrol into after convincing your supervisor. Ample training opportunities.

    Cons

Experience will mostly be dependent on the partner for whom you work for. In some countries that I have worked, competitors are clearly paying more.

Ernst & Young is a good company to work for, however auditing is not rewarding.
