    Pros

    Plenty opportunities if you are willing to relocate
    Average compensation with good benefits
    Management listens to and acts on employee survey/feedback

    Cons

    People usually left in seeking of higher pay
    Less likely to pay your MBA tuition because Eaton offers plenty training program. So may not be a place for young and ambitious people who seeks for MBA sponsorship.

    Pension Benefits
    Health Benefits are Reasonable prices
    Opportunity for growth, but have to be able to relocate
    Work with good people that care about the company

    Cons

    Lot of young inexperienced people put into manager positions
    Don't see the bigger picture, more focused on the micro manager
    Not clear on expectations or goals
    Performance management process needs major improvement

    Listen to the employee survey to make some improvements to company
    Make the Apex process more simple and less time consuming
