Current Employee – been working at Edwards Lifesciences full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – People are great
Challenging but rewarding products
Great benefits (especially stock purchase)

Cons – Product is not a standard of care - yet
Not much support from upper management
Marketing could be MUCH better
Have lowered pay structure two years in a row while drastically increasing quotas.

Advice to Senior Management – Devote more resources to educating clinicians, especially doctors, about why they should be utilizing less invasive hemodynamic technologies. Work to get them reimbursable. Show more appreciation for field sales reps.
