“Ho Hum”
I worked at Elizabeth Arden
Pros – The co-op relationship was great because of the employees, and the product.
Cons – Poor management. VERY poor communication and goal execution strategy.
Advice to Senior Management – Washington has HUGE growth potential.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
