I have been working at Epsilon full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great company with excellent advancement opportunities. The salary is certainly good and upper management is knowledgeable and always willing to help.

    Cons

The health insurance offered is not very good. I spent a lot of money out of pocket last year. Middle management could be a little better at what they do.
