Current Employee – been working at Epsilon as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – Great co-workers: Most everyone gets along well and work well with one another
Vibrant environment: A great array of events, whether it is community related, a creative contest or a general fun gathering to watch baseball opening day, a carnival or golf outing
Excellent, high-profile clients: Lots of high-visibility with high-level clients give great exposure

Cons – There is a lot of bureaucratic process here. Between approvals and meetings, decisions can sometimes be difficult to come across.
Communication from upper level management can be tough to come by.

Advice to Senior Management – I would love to learn more about new client wins and see more execs at all events, although there are a couple who seem to attend all of them.
