Decent pay with growth opportunities, but lots of politics.

ProsThe pay is decent, and the company is actually makign money for the parent company, Alliance Data.

ConsYou are just another number and promotions, if any, take months to be cleared.

Advice to Senior ManagementLife is not just about work, and you should value your own employees as much as your clients.

    God-awful place.

    Pros: They'll hire you because the turnover is so high. Cons: Projects are over-sold to clients with outrageous claims of competence but the truth is projects are understaffed.
