Pros – Teaming atmosphere
Location
Financial Client base
Accessible partners
Emphasis on learning
The company has a focus on getting the job done. Those who come in as interns or campus hires will be well developed.

Cons – More work needed on transitioning experienced hires. More work on diversity initiatives and making those who arent in the "right" networks feel more connected to the whole team. The variety of work seems limiting, you can get stuck on one client for an extended period of time and not gain other experience

Advice to Senior Management – Increase diversity awareness
